After spending the time necessary to make sure we have a thorough understanding of exactly what you are looking for, we can then start searching for that perfect candidate. We do not flood companies with dozens of resumes pulled off the internet. Every candidate submitted will have been asked questions that determine their depth of knowledge about the essential functions laid out in the job description. At that point, we will evaluate their level of understanding and competency for the position, determine their motivation for making a change, discuss their salary expectations, and then submit the candidate to your hiring manager.  If the hiring manager would like to move forward in the process with a candidate, Career Dynamics will help the hiring manager through the entire closing procedure including being the buffer in salary negotiations.
