At that point, we will evaluate their level of understanding and competency for the position, determine their motivation for making a change, discuss their salary expectations, and then submit the candidate to your hiring manager.  If the hiring manager would like to move forward in the process with a candidate, Career Dynamics will help the hiring manager through the entire closing procedure including being the buffer in salary negotiations.  If at any point we feel that the candidate may not be right for the position or your company, we will immediately pull the plug on them.  Career Dynamics would rather lose the "hire" instead of sacrificing our reputation and business relationship with you.
