begin our search. After locating a prospect, Career
Dynamics will evaluate the individual for relevant work
experience and position requirements. Every candidate submitted will have been asked questions that determine their depth of knowledge about the essential functions laid out in the job description. At that point, we will evaluate their level of understanding and competency for the position,
determine their motivation for making a change, discuss their
salary expectations, and then submit the candidate to your hiring manager.
If the hiring manager would like to move forward in the
process with a candidate, Career Dynamics will help the hiring
manager through the entire closing procedure including being
the buffer in salary negotiations. If at any point we
feel that the candidate may not be right for the position or
your company, we will immediately pull the plug on them.
